MARTIN ARGENTI GREEN CUP NATIONAL FINAL OCTOBER 20th

Saturday October 20th, at Albarella Golf Club, Martin Argenti Green Cup golf tournament concluded its 2007 edition. Fifty-three qualifying competitions played in Italy with a calendar full of appointments that met the most important Golf Clubs in Lombardy, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Piedmont, Tuscany, Latium and Apulia. The one hundred finalists arrived from quite the entire Peninsula, had the possibility of spending a pleasant golf day, even if the strong wind gave them a lot of trouble; many of them arrived a day before in order to make the practice round.

The competition went on for quite a long time compared with the "average times" just because of the bad meteorological conditions.

The players’ fatigue was rewarded at the welcome desk where all of them got as gadgets golf balls and caps; for the ladies even a beautiful T-shirt.

The award ceremony took place at 17.30 at the presence of the Golf Club director, Gabriele Marangon who thanks everybody and expressed his satisfaction of having hosted the manifestation. A lot of applause for the winners who got the beautiful Silver prizes offered by Martin Argenti and the special ones offered by R’A’ Fly , co-sponsor of the tournament together with Visa and Banca Sella.

A rich buffet concluded this manifestation perfectly successful.

1° net team: Giuseppe Tonelli and Stefano Vallisi – 39 points

1° gross team: Lorenzo and Danilo Arnaldi – 33 points

2° net team: Matilde and Alessandro Trocchi – 39 points

3° net team : Renzo Valentini and Giorgio Zenatti – 38 points

1° mixed team: Gianpaolo Zagni and Nirvana Corsi Rocchi – 38 points
